Can I return it early?
You have the ability to return your medical equipment early; however, you will be charged for the time period you originally rented the equipment for. We will be more than happy to schedule a pick-up for your rented equipment from either your house or hotel during our hours of operation. If you need to have the equipment picked up prior to your scheduled end-date, give us a call at 615-730-9438 or email us at allstarmedicalllc@gmail.com

Can my rental be delivered to a hotel?
If you are traveling to the Nashville, TN area, we offer delivery and pick-up from hotels. You will need to contact the hotel you are staying at and let them know your equipment will be delivered there. Your equipment will be left with the concierge if it is delivered prior to your arrival. You also have the ability to leave your equipment with the concierge if you are departing prior to our employees picking up the equipment. This needs to be authorized by the hotel. If lost or stolen, your equipment is still your responsibility when left with the concierge.

Can I pick up my rental at  one of your stores?

You are more than welcome to come pick up your equipment yourself. We only have a few items which we require our staff to do the deliveries on. Examples would be hospital beds and Ultimate Sleep Chairs.

Can I extend my rental?
Sometimes you may need your equipment for longer than expected. In this case, you will need to contact us at 615-730-9438 or email us at allstarmedicalllc@gmail.com. This occurs often and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Do you accept insurance?
All Star Medical Rentals is a retail-only store, meaning we do not bill insurance. If you would like to file the claim yourself, you are more than welcome to. However, we do not assist with the filing process.

Do I have to assemble the equipment?
We do not make it your responsibility to assemble the equipment. Our employees will teach you how to properly use the equipment, fit it to your needs, and how to breakdown your rental. We will ensure you are comfortable with your equipment throughout the duration of your rental.

How do I return my equipment?
When you are ready to return your rental, you can contact us at 615-730-9438. We will schedule the delivery/Pickup day and time to coordinate with our deliveries/pickups and your availability. If we do not receive a call from you, we will contact you when your rental is due and schedule the pickup time.

When will my rental arrive?
Your equipment will arrive to you on the first day of your rental period.  If you have limited availability for delivery, please give us a call at 615-730-9438 or email us at allstarmedicalllc@gmail.com so we can make accommodations for you.

How do I know when my rental is being delivered?
We will notify you the day we are delivering your equipment. Prior to our employees delivering your rental, they will contact you to give an estimated time they will arrive. We are capable of making adjustments to the day and time of your delivery.

What if I would like to purchase my equipment?
You have the capability to purchase medical equipment through our company. The rental equipment is not available for purchase; however, we can provide you with the same or similar equipment that will be unused. If you would like to purchase your equipment

Do you deliver outside the Nashville, TN area?
We do offer rentals outside of the Nashville TN area.We have store locations in Hermitage & Franklin TN. Depending on the distance there could be an additional fee for delivery and pickup. Please give us a call at so we can verify the exact cost of your rental.

Is there a delivery cost?
We have included a delivery and pickup fee into the pricing of your rental. This fee may be subject to change depending on the distance you live from the Nashville TN area. If you are unsure if you will be charged an additional fee, please contact us at 615-730-9438
